I had a great stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were large, very modern, and the king bed was super comfy, but unfortunately, it didn't have the Jacuzzi as reserved. The entire staff was friendly and attentive.

The dining experience was not up to expectations, although the sandwiches were delicious. The facilities were satisfactory but could use improvements in safety protocols.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The rooms were quite disgusting, but the balcony was really nice. The entire staff was very modern, and the king bed was comfy. However, I encountered a hiccup with the service needing a little help to make a pina colada for my friend. As for the location, it was a real straight shot to the places we wanted to visit in the Centro, which was very useful. On the downside, the dining experience was not good, and the attention from the restaurant staff was lacking. Overall, the hotel had some positive aspects like the great location but also significant drawbacks like the poor service and disappointing dining experience.
